The First Boot Operation Method of Plastic Granulator

1. Before starting plastic granulator , first heat up for about 40 to 50 minutes. Raise the temperature to the point where you can pull the motor V-belt by hand until it is free; pull it continuously for eight to ten times in the normal working direction. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then turn on the machine, but continue to heat up, because normal production needs to continue to supplement heat;
Adjust different temperatures according to different properties of plastics.

2. When the plastic granulator is working normally, the temperature of the machine should be kept stable. Near the air vent, the temperature of the machine head should be maintained at about 200 °C (referring to materials C and B).

3. The feeding material should be uniform, and there should be no shortage of material. The feeding speed of the machine should match the feeding speed  properly. Otherwise, the quality and yield of pellets will be affected.

4. When shutting down, the host should completely cut off the power supply. The screw plug of the plastic granulator head (the part with the wrench) must be removed. Preheat separately before next use.
