Two Shaft Shredder and single
shaft shredder
1. The shredded materials are different.
The materials that can be shredded by the dual-
shaft shredder, such as various raw aluminum and cooked aluminum, waste tires, cans, color steel tiles, light and thin metal materials, electronic copper rotors, irregular large materials, and so on. These materials are generally large in size and high in hardness, while the dual-shaft shredder is driven by a reducer, with low speed and large torque, high crushing efficiency and stronger applicability.
The shredded materials of the single-shaft shredder are relatively limited, and are often used in paper mills, waste fabrics, leather scraps, household garbage, PE, PP plastic pipes, plastic films, woven bags, wires and cables, cans, metal shavings, iron filings, etc. The material is shredded by the fixed knife and the movable knife together, the equipment torque is limited, and the size of the feed bin is limited. The single-
shaft shredder has smaller granularity than the double-shaft shredder.
2. The equipment structure is different.
The double-
shaft shredder adopts "dual motors + double hardened gear reducer" as the power drive, and uses the principle of mutual shearing and tearing of two relatively rotating knife rollers to crush materials. The material enters the shredding box and undergoes the combined effects of shredding blades torn, squeezed, and sheared, shredded into small pieces of material, and discharged through the discharge hole under the equipment, and the subsequent materials are sent out through the conveyor belt for further crushing deal with.
The single-shaft shredder adopts a "single motor + single reducer" drive design. The material enters the shredding box through the feeding system. The box carries a shredding blade. The pushing box pushes the material to the vicinity of the blade. The shredding blade tears, squeezes and other comprehensive functions, shreds the material into small pieces, and discharges from the screen hole to achieve the material shredding. The main structure of the single-
shaft shredder is composed of blade spindle, fixed knife, carrying box, box support, feeding system, hydraulic pushing system, power system, electrical control system, etc. It is often used in various plastics, rubber, The finely pulverized wastes such as woven bags and ton bags can be processed to a smaller particle size at one time.
